Product is not intended for use on walls or ceilings, areas with prolonged exposure to standing water, directly installed over concrete subfloors, or heavily cushioned, thick-foam backed, or perimeter-adhered vinyl flooring.

For ceramic tile applications underlayment must be bonded using mortar of adhesive and mechanically fastened to the subfloor. 1/4" thick x 3' W. x 5' L.
